Little Lines by Alix

About Little Lines and Traditions

Alix Greenberg is the artist and founder of Little Lines & Traditions, a New York–based studio creating illustrated coloring books, commissioned coloring books, and custom paintings that celebrate childhood, family life, and meaningful traditions. Her work blends fine-art sensibility with warmth and storytelling, helping families slow down, connect, and turn everyday moments into lasting keepsakes.

Little Lines & Traditions offers parenting and milestone coloring books, holiday and cultural tradition coloring books, personalized commissioned coloring books, and heirloom family portraits and paintings. Each piece is designed to support emotional development, celebrate family rituals, and create meaningful shared experiences for children and parents alike.

Before founding Little Lines & Traditions, Alix spent nearly a decade working with leading New York galleries and auction houses, gaining an insider’s perspective on the art world. She holds a BFA from Cornell University and a Master’s degree in Art History from Christie’s Education, and was educated at the Horace Mann School. Her writing and research have explored the cultural and emotional value of art, including contributions to The Value of Art by Michael Findlay.

From her New York City studio, Alix creates custom family portraits and paintings while designing coloring books inspired by real parenting moments, childhood emotions, and holiday traditions. Her work is trusted by families, educators, and gift-givers seeking meaningful, artistic, and personalized keepsakes.
